This first meeting of the guild year will feature a yarn sale and a ‘show and tell’ about what everyone worked on during the summer.
Members are encouraged to bring yarn or fiber to sell, and remember to bring checkbooks! Those checkbooks will also come in handy for paying the year’s dues of $20.

Directions to McKnight Hall are as follows: exit off of Hillside onto Alumni Drive. The McKnight building will be on your right. Enter the north wing (around the curve of the street) through the brown double doors that face Hillside. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the McKnight Building.
And a note from Nancy regarding the plan for this year:
Meetings are scheduled for the first Saturday of the month (where practical) and start at 10:00 a.m. We will plan to start at 9:00 with a board member meeting. (We say board member, but anyone interested in planning and helping out is welcome to come!)
At 9:30, we will have a social half hour for members because we all know we love to socialize! From 10:00 until 12:00 will be the meeting with some type of program. Anyone is welcome to bring some type of handwork with them when they come to the meetings – either spinning, knitting, weaving, whatever.
And I would like you to know that you are not obligated to participate in the program if you are not interested and can bring your handwork to do instead.
Also, we have not set up a food committee this year, so please feel free to bring snacks occasionally.
