The program for the November 7 meeting will be inkle loom weaving:
For the upcoming meeting, please bring your inkle loom, shuttle and scissors. Bring whatever yarn you want suitable for inkle loom weaving. I would recommend cotton – rug warp or pearl. Bring 3 or 4 colors. If you are unsure about the yarn or don’t have anything suitable, I will be bringing some for people to use. The weaving we make would be suitable for a hat band or headband. If you would like to make a purse strap or something larger, bring in larger diameter of cotton yarn. Directions: Exit off of Hillside onto Alumni Drive. The McKnight building is the second building on your right. Enter the north wing (around the curve of the street) through the brown double doors that face Hillside. Parking is available in the lot across the street from the McKnight Building.
