Plan to come by the Studio|School at 751 George Washington Boulevard any time from 10 am – 4 pm to shop our big yarn sale!
Much of the yarn will be sold by the weight, at .50/oz or $8/lb. There will also be a selection of ‘luxury’ yarns, plus fiber tools and spinning fiber (including raw fleece).
And we are now prepared to accept card payments, so drop in to see what great deals you can find!
Thanks to PBS Kansas for allowing the Guild to participate in their Antiques Fair again this year!
Guild members who were there (Chris, Carol, Paula and Sharon) with displays, demonstrating and discussing all things fiber with passers-by, had so much fun that they ALL forgot to take pictures!
We do hope to be able to share photos taken by PBS Kansas staff, though, so watch this space.
The one picture that Sharon took was of a mother duck leading her brood off to the nearby pond!
She stopped to rest in the shade just outside the window long enough to let everyone rush over to ooh and aah, before they set off again. (They were still on the move in this photo.)
