Learn how to knit and purl – Continental style!  This method, with the yarn held in the left hand, can be faster and much easier on hands and shoulders.  Or, if you’ve tried to learn to knit before without success, this may be the missing piece!

This class will be held on three Wednesday evenings over a four-week period, to allow time for practice on your own between classes.

Students need to bring:

• First project
  • 1 ball cotton yarn for a dishcloth, such as Peaches & Cream
  • Knitting needles size 8
• Second project
  • 2 balls bulky or Aran weight yarn for scarf
  • Knitting needles size 10, 10.5  or 11 (size appropriate for yarn)

Class dates – Wednesdays, 6:30 – 8:30 pm
