Design and create your own fabulous bespoke felted bag with custom embellishments and silk lining! This would be an awesome gift for that one VERY special person, or a show-stopping expression of your own personality.
This class will span three sessions. On day one, create a 4 layered felt 8-9 inch round bag using a resist, choosing your colors and base design.
Day two, we will have the opportunity to dig into Terry’s stash of treasures to find that perfect embellishment, be it beads, ribbons, or embroidery floss. She will share her techniques to create the perfect surface design.
On day three, we will choose a silk fabric to line and finish off the bag.
But this doesn’t need to be the end… use the techniques you learn from this class and follow your imagination to continue developing your fiber art skills in new creations!
Class will be held on three successive Sunday afternoons, December 4, 11 and 18, from 1 pm – 3 pm.

Class fee $145. Register online and submit $30 via PayPal to reserve your spot. Bring the remaining $115 (cash, check or card accepted) to the first class.
Materials to bring:
- If you have a personal item you want to bring to add to the bag, please do. This will be an heirloom quality piece!
- If you need a magnifying tool, you will want to bring that also
