Applique is a method of applying a motif on top of fabric; it’s most commonly used on clothing and quilts. In this project, applique hearts embellish a fabric envelope.
Learn two simple methods of applique – raw edge and turned edge. We will machine sew the raw edge and hand stitch the turned edge of a heart motif.
All supplies and materials will be supplied by the instructor, but feel free to bring your own cotton fabric if you like!
