
This multi-week class is especially for beginners, and covers spinning and plying techniques to create yarns for knitting, crochet or weaving.
Bring your own wheel or borrow a class wheel to take home for the duration of the class.
At the end of this class, you’ll be amazed at the fiber magic skills you will have at your fingertips!
Masks are optional.
Class will be held on three Saturdays – July 9, 16 and 23, 2022. The sessions will run from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, with a lunch break (bring your lunch and drinks). Class fee of $210 covers three sessions.
PURCHASE YOUR OWN SPINNING FIBER to bring to class! You will need a minimum of 1 pound of natural Corriedale roving. An additional 4 oz. of dyed roving in your choice of colors is recommended.

Materials to bring:
- 1 – 2 lbs. natural Corriedale roving
- Additional 4 – 8 oz. of dyed roving (optional)
- Your spinning wheel (if you have one)
- Notebook/paper and pen
- Lunch & drink
Instructor will provide a wheel if you need to borrow one – must be requested at registration.
Pre-registration is required. Register online and submit $60 (via PayPal or check) to reserve your spot, and bring the remaining $150 payment to the first class (cash or check accepted). Please note in the comments on the registration form if you need to borrow a wheel.
